Shipping Pricing on Online Orders

Any order over a combined $70 in the United States qualifies for free 2-3 day shipping Priority Mail.  Any orders under the $70 threshold falls under our flat fee shipping pricing scale based off product size and weight.  All products are properly packed and iced accordingly during the hot months of May - October to ensure your Chocolati products reach you in pristine condition no matter what the temperature.  Any damage to the product, please take a picture, along with your order number and email to cwong@chocolati.com for a full or partial refund, or instructions to send the product back to us.

Local Pick Up Option for Online Orders

For local online orders, we offer a LOCAL PICKUP option at zero cost to you for those who would like to pick up your product at our FACTORY LOCATION ONLY.   Normal turn around time for will call pick up is 24 hrs upon receipt of order.  A sales representative will email, call or text you to let you know when our product is ready for pick up at the FACTORY LOCATION:  7708 Aurora Ave. North Seattle, WA 98103.  Store hours are 11am-6pm Monday-Friday for will call pick up.  Saturday & Sunday will call pick up is closed unless during the holiday season.
