Make our rich Chocolati hot chocolate at home with this 72% dark African chocolate blend. Just slowly add to hot milk! Our recommended ratios are 2oz of hot chocolati to 8oz (1 cup) of warmed milk to 170 degrees. Careful to not boil milk as it will burn!
