The very same blend we roast weekly for our cafes, our Chocolati blend is a small batch, medium-dark roast perfect for mixing with our chocolate powders or enjoyed on its own. Great as a pour-over or in a French press, it has all the flavor of a darker roast with a bit of a kick that a lighter roast gives to make a well-rounded blend.
Our coffee beans are sourced from South America, with a focus on ethically sourced and sustainable beans. We focus on this not only for the quality of the final product, but also for the impact it has on the environment and the communities that produce the beans.
